THE BLACK RABBIT
American jazz and live piano music enhance the vibe and ambience, a heart-felt nod to the nightlife of Printers Alley during its heyday. A wood-fired grill and oven is the centerpiece of the open kitchen, yielding embered vegetables, roasted meats and oysters, and breads baked over live fire.
Nashville native Trey Cioccia, owner and chef of The Farm House, is at the helm, assisted by Robert Compton, general manager; and Chad Kelly, chef de cuisine.
THE FARM HOUSE
Open for dinner Monday through Saturday, and lunch Tuesday through Friday, we also serve Sunday brunch, featuring Southern classics and familiar favorites with a twist - rabbit sausage benedict, for example, with fried egg and fried green tomato. An ever-changing assortment of breads and pastries are also offered. The rhubarb and strawberry compote with sweet ricotta and cinnamon crostini is a must, and don't forget about our house-made honey buns with a vanilla and maple glaze!

Like many European immigrants, Angelo Darsinos set his sights on America in search of a new, more prosperous future. And like many immigrants, he initially exhausted himself working in factories, socking away every penny he could in hopes of a better life. Since those early days in the 70’s, more and more Darsinos have moved to Tennessee, and now our family lays claim to more than just the one restaurant that Angelo and Spiros started decades ago. Having been in the Nashville restaurant scene for many years now, we are thrilled to introduce Nashville to this city’s first Greek restaurant owned and operated by Greeks!

Trattoria Il Mulino
Trattoria Il Mulino, from the iconic New York-based Il Mulino restaurant brand, is the latest restaurant to open its doors in Music City – but it’s not your typical Italian restaurant. Located in the heart of Nashville, Trattoria Il Mulino brings an energizing Italian fine-dining experience to Nashville’s budding restaurant scene.
Meaning ‘to explore’ in Cantonese, Tánsuŏ serves as an exploration of contemporary Chinese cuisine reminiscent of China’s night markets and traditional street fare. Hand-picked by Chef Maneet Chauhan, Executive Chef Chris Cheung brings his acclaimed expertise and familial heritage in Asian cuisine to curate a menu filled with dishes using humble ingredients presented in an extraordinary way.
Tànsuǒ features traditional dishes like Toishan Pork Sui Mai, an open-faced dumpling with heritage pork, seasoned with preserved fish; Three Treasures Rice with char sui roast pork, Chinese sausage and bacon and an over easy egg; and Peking Duck, the classic whole roasted duck. Chinese American dishes also showcased with Chef Cheung’s take on favorites like General Tso’s Chicken and Beef & Broccoli.

The portions of Italian–American cuisine were large, reminiscent of a Sunday night visit to their grandmother’s house, or as they say in Italy, nonna’s casa! The recipes were simple, authentic classics, many of them coaxed out of Italian grandmothers, mothers, and aunts whose ideas of a recipe were a pinch of this and a sprinkle of that. With some trial and error, the chefs celebrated the birth of many of Maggiano’s signature dishes.
NOBAKED COOKIE DOUGH
Originally from Louisville, KY, Megan Beaven moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University. After graduating and spending some time working in the Music Industry, Megan decided to take control of her career and start NoBaked Cookie Dough. Originally an online store with pop-up shops, NoBaked now has a storefront in Nashville. Megan and her fiancé, Jimmy, are growing the company and planning on opening in other cities and franchising.
Sinema Restaurant + Bar takes a contemporary approach to classic American cuisine. BONGO JAVA/ BONGO BAKERY
Bongo Java is Nashville’s oldest and most celebrated coffeehouse. Located in the hip Belmont/Hillsboro Village neighborhood across the street from Belmont University, the café is a gathering place for residents, students, musicians, artists and a few employed people as well.
The cafe opened Sunday, March 28, 1993 at 4pm and became world famous in December 1996 for the discovery of The Nun Bun, a cinnamon bun that many believe looks remarkably like Mother Teresa. This café or its sister store, Fido, have been named “Best Coffeehouse” by the Nashville Scene every year from 1994 to 2012

Carol Hagen is the proprietor of Queen Bee Pollinators, purveyor of Artisan Creamed Honey and the Nashville area distributor for Strange Honey Farm. We are pleased to deliver pure raw honey and pollen from naturally managed mountain bee hives. We harvest three distinct types of honey; our honey is lightly filtered so the the naturally occurring pollen remains a significant feature of this Tennessee Artisan Honey.

Trazo Meadery is family owned and operated by David, Becky, and Travis Powell. We are proud to be the first Meadery in Tennessee. The origins of our mead run deep in our family, dating back to Travis’s beekeeping adventure. Our yeast strain has been in the family for decades. It’s a sourdough bread yeast that David’s mother, Zola, fed and nurtured throughout the years. Tuesday was bread-making day in Zola’s kitchen and one of Travis’ favorite days to hang out with his grandmother. Once diagnosed with stage four lung cancer, Zola entrusted Travis with her bread recipe, passing on the responsibility to keep the yeast alive (yes, it lives!). Every bottle we produce draws from our family heritage, and we are proud to be able to share it with you.
WEDGE OAK FARM
In 1904, land was purchased and a farm created. Karen's great grandmother, Ida New Turner named it Wedge Oak Farm. The Wilson County farm has been worked ever since by members of the family. Our goal is a small, diverse, sustainable family farm where we can gently and humanely raise food for our local region. All of our products are USDA inspected for safety, quality and freshness. With our prized Mangalitsa charcuterie hogs we carry a specialty sausage line made right here in Tennessee. All animals are raised on our farm and processed as close to home as possible. We raise food you can feel good about eating!
