Sinema Restaurant + Bar takes a contemporary approach to classic Americana cuisine. The historic Melrose Theater, which opened in 1942, has a storied history of delighting movie-goers and creating long lasting memories. Today, housed in the same space, Sinema aims to keep that tradition alive. The guest experience is inspired by the history of the theater: the architectural design, the patrons, and the stars who graced it's big screen.

Eighth & Roast currently operates in Nashville’s Eighth South neighborhood as a coffeehouse with custom, cutting edge espresso and coffee programs, as well as a craft coffee roaster with more than 70,000 lbs. of coffee roasted in-house per year. The coffee is hand-selected and acquired directly from farmers. Created in California back in '87, Freebirds later became a favorite in Aggieland (better known as College Station, Texas) and quickly expanded as our creators discovered they weren’t alone in their quest for a restaurant that satisfied their hunger better than the confinements of a typical burger-and-fries joint. Joe offers up a daily menu of seven to ten dishes, all served on rice with a slice of cajun buttered baguette. For under 10 bucks, you can get a single, steaming hot plate, or a combination of two. As Chicago natives we take pride in bringing you authentic Chicago deep dish pizza and other specialties from the Windy City. Our 312 Pizza sauce recipe has been passed down over three generations from our grandmother, who spent time cooking with the Italian immigrants in Little Italy.

Fat Bottom Brewing Company opened its doors in August of 2012, and as East Nashville’s first brewery, it quickly became a neighborhood favorite. The recipes were developed from founder Ben’s time as a homebrewer, and scaled up to fit the newly installed 15 barrel brewhouse. We make beers that are bigger and sexier than what you’ll find at your local bar. All of our ice cream is made from all natural ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, eggs and extracts and Wilson county strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. We get our milk and cream from the Middle Tennessee State University dairy department and our eggs are from local farms. We make our own mix in a 30 gallon pasteurizer.

Southern Jerky Co. was created because we believe there are terrific combinations of foods and flavors in the world that aren’t being put together. It started with a couple of friends, Jennifer Bisceglia and Dean Shahan, who liked to create different flavors in the kitchen and give them out to friends and family. Dean would try out his recipes on golfers at the golf course and Jennifer would tempt parents at her children’s baseball games. In 1997, Keith Richards and his wife Amy were vacationing in Greece where they discovered small-table Mediterranean cafés where everyone in the community gathered together to connect around healthy flavors and to celebrate life! They created a place free from the noise of the world and the fast pace of our busy lives. They created a time to reconnect over refreshing Mediterranean flavors. They designed a menu of interesting flavors real, home-made food. Co-founder, Keith talked with fellow snacker and co-founder, Patrick Turpin, about his mission. Patrick told him about an interesting snack manufacturer. One visit was all it took. they got it. Forget frying (unhealthy). Forget baking (undelicious). The two snackers had found a way to pop a chip with all the flavor and a lot less of the stuff that gives snacking a bad name. Keith and pat spent over a year, snacking, popping, and snacking some more, until they came up with popchips, a naturally delicious line of popped chips they loved to eat and did not have to hide.
